Throw Back to the Summer | Clumber Park

All of this cold weather is making me really miss the summer so as its Thursday here's a Throwback to a summers day out. This was when it was extremely hot weather in England last summer, so me and Al decided a last minute journey to Clumber Park. The weather was gorgeous and the setting was perfect for a stroll and a lay down. There is plenty of wildlife in Clumber Park and we came across the cutest little family of ducks & chicks.

Clumber Park is such a well kept park for people to enjoy, its perfect for all ages whether you are dog walking, feeding the birds with your children or just relaxing with your friends and family. There are a lot of people there on a daily basis however it is reasonably quiet so you do not need to worry about people blasting their music, its a well respected environment.

I wore a short vibrant dress and gladiator sandals. As most of us English people know England is not known for its sunny weather, it fluctuates something drastic. I am one of those English girls that when it is sunny I will bang out the sunnies, skirts and flip-flops. That doesn't mean to say that I got out wearing next to nothing, it might be sunny but it doesn't mean you strip down to your bikini to walk down the street.

I am a believer in the term 'CLASS IS SEXY' .

Dress - River Island - Sunglasses - New Look - Sandals - Primark - Bag- Chloe

I absolutely adore this dress due to the vibrant colours, the aztec print and its perfect for my shape. I tend to match my bag and shoes a lot, as I feel the dress becomes the main piece and the black ties everything together. It is so comfortable and the fabric is very lightweight so perfect for moving around on a warm day.

I hope you enjoyed this post and it made you excited for the coming summer as its not too far away!

See You Soon
